NV Fenders are a newly designed unit with 15% increased energy absorption capacity when it is compared to other type of fenders that are the same size/same rubber grades. Compression capacity has been increased from 45% to 52.5%. It is easy to install and replace, and it has the same anchor bolt pattern as AOV fenders.

AOV fenders are a high-energy absorption, low reaction force fender. Its shape serves well to reduce concentration of stress when the fender is compressed. Equipped with steel mounting plates at the bottom. Easy installation at any berthing facility.

Large surface contact area absorbs a great amount of kinetic energy that also provides low hull-pressure so vessels with thin sheet-style hulls will not be damaged during berthing operations. TR-Fenders consist of two independent legs of solid rubber bolted to a wide steel-framed rubbing board that is protected with square pads of high quality plastic. Pads are attached to the fender to minimize scraping on a vessels hull due to friction.

Improvements over the ordinary spool fender at the buckling point, along with the shape of the edge of the leg and wider dispersion of stress make this a better choice of spool fender. This design allows for an increase in deflection from 45% to 52.5%, resulting in superior performance and greater durability.

Cylindrical fenders are able to withstand large compressive deformation with low reaction load. Mounting requirements are also relaxed due to the free range of anchor bolt positions.
