It is the policy of Blue Ocean Tackle to ensure our customers that any information collected at this store remains at this store ONLY.  No private information is transferred, sold, or distributed in any manner, and we do not sell names to mailing houses.  In the event that you receive an e-mail notice from us to alert you of a sale or to inform you of new products, you have the option to remove your name from our mailing list. 

 We also maintain a vigilant fraud prevention program for your protection. Credit card information must be entered correctly or the order will be voided. If the "ship to" and "bill to" addresses do not match, the "ship to" address must be on file with your credit card company as an "alternate" address that we can verify. You can add your shipping address simply by calling your card issuer and having them add the alternate address. We reserve the right to void any order that we feel may be fraudulent.
